Life is a great big canvas, and you should throw all the paint on it you can.
Danny Kaye
Have fun exploring the darker side of art materials using pencils, charcoals and ink. In this class we will explore the shades of grey (and colour!) in our lives. We will also use art exercises to see beyond the extremes of black and white and be curious about the middle ground and beyond. Art methods can provide a deep and powerful means of expression that transcends words. Learn art techniques to enhance your self-awareness and build your self-care tool kit.
