By choosing to participate as a guest or financial member of Sydney Centre for Creative Change Membership you agree to the following terms and conditions, whether you have read the terms and conditions or not. If choosing to participate as a member, you declare that you are 16 years of age or older.

Website Usage

Your access to Sydney Centre for Creative Change only gives you the right to access and use Sydney Centre for Creative Change resources. You are not permitted to share your login details with others. As such you and you alone are responsible for activities that occur under your access details.

Your access does not in any way imply ownership of content - you are not permitted to copy, distribute, sell or publicly share any Sydney Centre for Creative Change resources, including your login details. Sydney Centre for Creative Change reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at Sydney Centre for Creative Change’s discretion.

Membership Access

Your individual Sydney Centre for Creative Change membership provides you with access to a range of resources and services, including course content, certificates, and more. To access the courses and events, you will require:

• Internet connection ( a broadband connection is recommended)
• An appropriate computer device (laptop/desktop computer is preferable to mobile device)
• Up-to-date internet browsing software (e.g. Edge, Safari, Firefox, Chrome)
• PDF Reader (to open/download PDF files).

Access to discounted membership courses is only available while you are a financial member. If you cancel or fail to renew your membership, you will not be able to access membership events or your discounted course content. You are able to re-enrol courses at full price.

If you cancel or fail to renew your account, you will still be able to renew your access upon payment.

Course Content

Course content is provided by independent content providers. Sydney Centre for Creative Change does its best to review content and its relevance for members. It is, however, the responsibility of the independent content provider to ensure content is accurate, relevant and of an appropriate standard prior to it being delivered by Sydney Centre for Creative Change. Nonetheless, Sydney Centre for Creative Change strives to make the highest quality of content available to members.

Membership Fee Payment Options

You may opt to pay your membership fees monthly (whereby you are deducted ongoing monthly fees), or annually (whereby you pay an annual upfront, discount fee). By choosing to pay monthly, you agree to abide by the minimum 12-month membership term applicable to all monthly memberships.

Unless a cancellation request has been provided in writing (see the ‘Cancellation of Membership’ section below), your monthly or annual membership will be renewed automatically at the expiry of your monthly or annual billing cycle. Annual members due for renewal will be sent email reminders prior to the renewal date.

Cancellation of Membership

To cancel your membership, you are required to:

• Submit an email cancellation request to info@sydneycentreforcreativechange.com.au  a minimum of 3 working days before the 'Next Scheduled Payment' date of your membership.
  
  

The outcome of failing to carry out a cancellation request as outlined above (for example, emailing the wrong email address) is solely the members’ responsibility.

Minimum Membership Terms

Unless stated otherwise, the associated cost of a Monthly Membership is for the full duration of the minimum term (i.e. 12 months). Cancellations received within the minimum term period will accrue a cancellation fee equal to the unpaid portion of the minimum term. For example, a cancellation received 3 months prior to the end of the membership period will accrue a cancellation fee of 3 times the monthly membership fee. The cancellation fee will be applied automatically upon processing of cancellation to the account’s registered credit card.

Refund Policy

Memberships

Sydney Centre for Creative Change membership registration includes a 30-day money back guarantee. Members who first join SCCC may request cancellation and a full refund of monies paid within 30 days of joining. The 30-day money back guarantee is only applicable to new membership registrations. Requests are to be made by emailing info@sydneycentreforcreativechange.com.au . Requests for cancellation of Sydney Centre for Creative Change membership outside of the 30-day guarantee period are processed in accord with the terms stated in the “Cancellation of Membership” section above.

This policy applies irrespective of whether or not you have utilised membership resources. Refunds may be provided in special circumstances in accord with relevant consumer law.
