Class Description

Be inspired by colour and creativity. We will be exploring a range of colouring and simple drawing exercises that will allow you to identify and tap your inner resources. Through the metaphor of an imaginary magic garden, play with and be inspired by new bursts of growth, places of fallow rest and safe nests for holding. Art methods provide a window between our inner and outer worlds. Discover how simple colouring and art exercises can relax and inspire, enhance your self-awareness, provide tools for reflection and allow you to really tap into yourself. Allow yourself to blossom in this relaxing day of colour, imagination and self-care to be inspired by possibilities for growth and inner resourcefulness. 

You will have the opportunity to:

• Experience a range of colouring and drawing exercises for self-reflection, relaxation and fun
• Build skills in use of art methods
• Have time for structured art exercises
• Reflect in ways that are comfortable for you
• Work in the safe environment of a small group

Burwood RSL, 96 Shaftesbury Rd, Burwood.

Free onsite parking and walking distance to trains and buses.

All welcome. No artistic experience or skill is necessary. We promise.
